When purchasing from our website from another Country apart from the UK there would be Custom / Vat Charges when the parcel reaches your Country.
On every order you must provide a valid email adress and Phone Number so any charges where the courier raises an invoice for such charges they would need to get in touch with you regarding payment.
H & S Computer Solutions take no responsability for any of the charges this is purlely down to the customer, if you are unsure please research how much your country charges would be.
Any Parcel that is returned due to the Customs and Vat not been paid, you would have 2 options.
1). You pay the postage again.
2). A refund would be given on the goods only removing any Courier charges paid.
