PRINT HEAD CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS.

present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

PLEASE USE THE GLOVES PROVIDE

(Only Applies to Full Kit not the Bottle on its own)

1).  Turn Printer on – when finished the print charge

2). Select to change Printer Cartridges and when the Print Head moves into positon unplug the print via the cable (Don’t press off switch otherwise print head will move back to position).  

3). Remove all cartridges and put on some tissue on their side, been careful not to allow the ink to run out of the cartridges.

4). Get the Syringe and Nozzle out (Only If Purchased Full Kit)

5).  Use the syringe to get some of the liquid out of the bottle.

6).  Use the Syringe to add some liquid to where the cartridges were removed (this is the print head).  DO NOT PUSH ON THE SYRINGE FAST AS THIS CAN DAMAGE THE PRINT HEAD.  Only a small amount of liquid is required on each.

7). Leave for a few hours.

AFTER A FEW HOURS.

8).  Put the Printer Cartridges back in to the printer.

9). Plug printer back in and the printer should start a print cycle.

10).  Once this has finished you will need to run a Print Clean Cycle and then a Nozzle Print Check afterwards.

11).  If the nozzle comes back fine, then it has worked if not then repeat Number 10. 

This should clean your Print Head (Blocked Nozzles), it is not 100% but every printer we have used this on it has worked, sometimes it takes a few times so if has not worked after a few cleans and nozzle prints re-run the whole process again.
