Website Purchase.
If you have purchased from our website and have selected Collection once your order is processed you will receive an email with instructions on how to collect. Once we mark your order as dispatched you will also receive a link that takes you to the instructions as well.
If you do not create an account / or Logged in you will need to click View Cart then select Estimate Shipping & Taxes as the
collection at Store is available on Certain Post Codes.
Ebay Purchase.
If you have contacted us to collect your item through ebay we will ask you to make your purchase as normal but after you have send us a ebay message to advise you want to collect (If you dont do this your item might be posted), then we will send a message advising to open a ticket up at www.handsreturns.co.uk and this allows us to send the instructions on collection.
Parcel Box.
We use a parcelbox for collections and when an order is completed you would receive instructions on how to collect, this is usually in 24 Hours.
Please do not come to collect until you have received an Email with Instructions.
If you do not receive any instructions with 24 hours then please open a ticket.
