Ebay - Please open a Return on Ebay and make sure you select the correct reason for returning as we will deduct Postage if the wrong Return reason is selected.


Amazon - Please open a Return on Amazon selecting the reason for return.  Postage is charged by Amazon and then we deduct from the refund if there is nothing wrong with the item.  If you wish to return the product using your own delivery service then this is fine but please open a support ticket stating this but dont open a return on Amazon or you will be charged a return label.


Onbuy - Please open a Return on Onbuy.


Ebuygumm - Please open a Return on Ebuygumm


Ebid - Please open a Support Ticket so we can create a Return Number, please dont return a product without a Return Number as this will cause delays in processing the return.

PLEASE NOTE:- You may wish to use your own return label using a company of your choice but it is your responsibility to make sure it gets back to us as no refund will be given on a non returned product.  We highly recommend you use a tracked service.


Also we make deductions for any damages or sheets etc missing from paper packs, everything is checked on return.  All Paper Packs have a Sealed Label and if this is broken we check every pack for any Missing Sheets.
